2. Delete your account in the app (recommended)
- Open Aprenda Inglês com IA on your device.
- Log in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to Profile or Settings (gear icon).
- Open Account & privacy.
- Tap Data & privacy.
- Scroll down and tap Delete my account.
- Confirm in the dialog.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
3. Request deletion by email
- Email contato@lumininteractive.com.br.
- Subject: "Account deletion — Aprenda Inglês com IA".
- Include your registered email address.
We respond within 15 business days.
4. Data that is deleted
- Account credentials and profile.
- Learning progress, AI interactions, virtual economy, social data.
- Marketing/notification consents and push tokens.
5. Data that may be retained
- Security logs — up to 90 days.
- Legal/compliance records — as required by law.
- Local device data — until app uninstall or clear data.
- Anonymized aggregates — indefinitely.
6. Deletion timeframes
In-app: immediate; server removal within 30 days. Email requests: within 15 business days. Backups: up to 30 additional days.
7. Guest mode
Without an account, data stays on device. Uninstall the app or clear app data in Android settings.
