Lumin Interactive respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you use Aprenda Inglês com IA, how we use it, and your rights under applicable laws including Brazil's LGPD.

This policy applies to Aprenda Inglês com IA and related services: auth, sync, AI, virtual economy, push notifications, social features, and learning.

• Account: name, email, hashed password, Google profile if using Sign-In.
• Learning: goals, CEFR level, progress, streaks, vocabulary, saved phrases, diary, stats.
• AI interactions: chat text, exercises, translations, corrections, simulations.
• Pronunciation: microphone audio for feedback (educational use).
• Virtual economy: coins, diamonds, transactions, store items, avatars.
• Social: friend codes and connections.
• Device & usage: model, OS, app version, push token, analytics.
• Guardian data for minors when required.

• From you directly, automatically via logs/analytics, locally on device, and via Google Sign-In / Play Billing.

• Account management, personalization, AI features, progress tracking, virtual economy, notifications, purchases, security, legal compliance, improvements, marketing with consent.

AI features process your inputs on our servers via contracted providers. Do not send sensitive data. AI output is educational and may contain errors.

• Internet, microphone (pronunciation), notifications, vibration/alarms, boot completed for reminders.

• Cloudflare (appingles-api.lumin-crm.workers.dev), Google Sign-In, Google Play Billing, AI providers, Firebase Cloud Messaging, legal authorities when required.

We do not sell personal data.

HTTPS/TLS, password hashing, secure tokens, access controls. Local SQLite storage. Uninstall removes local data; server data until account deletion.

Data kept while account is active or as required by law. Deleted or anonymized after account deletion except legal obligations.

Use without account stores progress locally. Some features require an account.

Purchases via Google Play. We do not store payment card data. Refunds follow Google Play policies.

Minors should use under supervision. Guardian consent may be required. Contact us if data was collected without authorization.

Access, correction, deletion, portability, consent revocation under LGPD. Export and delete account in app privacy settings.
